SIHANOUKVILLE BEACH TOUR – KOH RONG SAMLOEM – BOKOR – KAMPOT – PHNOM PENH

The autumn Cambodia beach tour has plenty of exciting highlights. It takes only 6 hours by coach to reach many stops on your Cambodia tour such as Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Sihanoukville. There is a rich mix of historical sites and unique local culture. Angkor Wat is a must-see when you travel
Tour itinerary
DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – BOKOR HIGHLANDS – KAMPOT (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Morning: The tour leader meets the group at the meeting point at 4:30 am; the coach departs for Moc Bai border gate along the Trans-Asia Highway.
The group has breakfast with the famous Trang Bang rice noodle soup specialty. Then we arrive at Moc Bai border gate and complete exit procedures for Vietnam – entry into Cambodia through Bavet border gate.
Guests have lunch at the Tonle Bassac II Buffet restaurant – the largest in Phnom Penh
Afternoon: Arrive at Bokor, visit the Five Boats Pagoda – hear the legend of Prince Preah Thom and the Sea Princess Nagani – the birthplace of Khmer civilisation.
Here, take in the panoramic view of the entire Gulf of Thailand and Phu Quoc Island (Vietnam) from above.
Visit and take photos at the Srey Mao statue. One of the sacred deities of the people of Cambodia, hear the guide tell the story of her legend.
Visit the French-era Catholic church with its unique architecture.
Evening: Have dinner, then return to Kampot to check in and rest, free time to explore Kampot at night.
DAY 2: KAMPOT – SIHANOUKVILLE – KOH RONG SAMLOEM (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: The group has breakfast at the hotel. The journey down the mountain begins towards the port city of Sihanoukville (formerly called Kampong Som), a port city in the south on the Gulf of Thailand.
Arrive at Sihanoukville – the beautiful and famous beach city of Cambodia.
Noon: The group has lunch at a restaurant. After lunch, the coach takes guests to the pier.
Then the group continues to the Paradise Island Koh Rong Samloem – (about 1 hour by boat).
With pristine natural scenery, lush green forests. Long, beautifully curving stretches of fine white sand, where the sea water is crystal clear. Guests are free to explore the island.
On arrival at Koh Rong, guests check in to the resort/Bungalow to rest.
Free time to explore the island and swim in the sea.
Evening: The group has dinner. Free time for guests on the island.
Guests can join a night squid fishing or fishing trip (at their own expense)
DAY 3: KOH RONG SAMLOEM – SIHANOUKVILLE – PHNOM PENH (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Morning: Guests have breakfast at the hotel and complete check-out procedures.
10:00 Depart for the pier, return to the mainland.
Guests have lunch at a restaurant, then depart for the capital Phnom Penh.
Noon: Arrive in Phnom Penh, guests check in and rest.
Afternoon: The group continues to the duty-free shopping area with famous international brands at Naga Casino. Try your luck at Naga Casino – known as a mini Las Vegas.
Evening: The group has dinner at a restaurant. Take photos at the Independence Monument. In the evening, the group is free to explore Phnom Penh at night.
DAY 4: PHNOM PENH – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, lunch)
Morning: The group has a buffet breakfast at the hotel and completes check-out procedures. Then the coach takes guests to visit the Feng Shui Stone Centre, where visitors can choose natural stones suited to their destiny and birth year to bring good luck in business and trade.
The group continues shopping for souvenirs at Phsar Thom Thmey market – one of the major commercial centres of the capital.
Noon: The group enjoys Suki Soup hot pot – conveyor-belt hot pot.
Guests depart back to Ho Chi Minh City. At Bavet border gate, the local guide completes exit procedures for the group from Cambodia.
The tour leader completes entry procedures for the group into Vietnam.
The coach takes guests through Tay Ninh and Cu Chi back to Ho Chi Minh City. The tour ends, we say goodbye and look forward to meeting you again.

Tour price excludes
- Passport valid for more than 6 months from the return date
- Personal expenses (laundry and telephone at the hotel)
- Other expenses not included in the inclusions.
- Tips for the guide and local driver are 4 USD/guest/tour.
- For foreign nationals, Cambodia visa surcharge is 40 USD/person.
- Vietnam re-entry visa for foreign nationals is 75 USD/guest/entry.
- For countries exempt from Vietnamese visas such as: the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Russia… to be visa-exempt, entries into Vietnam must be at least 30 days apart; if less than 30 days, a re-entry document costing 115 USD/guest/entry must be arranged.
