Cambodia Tour 5 Days 4 Nights Angkor Wat – Tonle Sap – Pol Pot Museum – Killing Fields – Royal Palace

Morning: the guide picks you up at the meeting point and departs for Cambodia.

Breakfast in Trang Bang with the famous banh canh specialty.

Cross the Bavet (Moc Bai) border checkpoint between Vietnam and Cambodia and complete immigration procedures.

Continue along National Road 1 through Prey Veng province.

Reach Kompong Cham province across the Japanese – Cambodia bridge spanning the Tonle Bat river.

Have lunch at a local restaurant – then continue to Siem Reap.

Afternoon: arrive at the hotel, check in and rest. Have dinner at a local restaurant in Siem Reap city.

Morning: buffet breakfast at the hotel. Then the vehicle takes the group to visit the south gate of Angkor Thom, a vast ancient temple with unique carvings and patterns on every square centimetre, tied to the legends, culture and development of the Khmer people.

Bayon Temple with its four faces and mysterious smile, the Elephant Terrace, the royal palace of the King from the 12th century….

Have lunch and rest.

Afternoon: continue to visit Angkor Wat, one of the wonders of the world.

Visit Ta Prohm – a ruin of the ancient Khmer capital with strangely shaped giant trees, where Hollywood chose to film Tomb Raider, and several other temples in the area…

Buy souvenirs bearing the distinctive mark of Angkor.

Conquer the 65m-high Bakheng hilltop to watch the sunset as the sun slowly disappears behind the great Angkor Wat, an unforgettable memory for every traveller.

19:00: Dinner on your own at a restaurant and enjoy a traditional Apsara dance and music performance with dancers in graceful nymph dances.

Morning: the group has breakfast at the hotel, the vehicle takes the group to visit Tonle Sap; at the pier you board a boat to visit Tonle Sap, to learn about and see the scenery of the lake, and you can also discover the real life of the Cambodian people.

The group has dinner at a restaurant, then you return to the hotel to rest and freely explore Siem Reap at night.

Morning: breakfast at the restaurant, depart back to Phnom Penh; you will pass through Kompong Thom province – Kompong Cham on the way back to PNH – along the way visit the Spider Market (where insects such as spiders, crickets, etc. are sold). 11:30: Arrive, check in to the hotel and have lunch. Rest.

Afternoon: visit Wat Phnom temple and the Pol Pot genocide museum of the Cambodian people in 1975 – 1979. The vehicle takes the group to visit and try their luck at Naga Casino, then have dinner.

Morning: the group has a buffet breakfast at the hotel, the vehicle takes the group to visit the Royal Palace, the Golden Temple, the Silver Pagoda, home to one of the four emerald Buddha statues of Asia.

Then visit Wat Phnom, the most famous temple in Phnom Penh.

The group departs to shop for souvenirs at Phnom Penh Market, then departs to have lunch at a restaurant.

Afternoon: the group departs back to Moc Bai; upon arrival at Moc Bai you complete immigration procedures to re-enter Vietnam, the vehicle takes the group back to Ho Chi Minh City, ending the programme, saying goodbye and hoping to see you again on new journeys.
