Tour Ho Chi Minh City – An Giang – Chau Doc – Ha Tien – Kep Beach – Bokor Plateau – Rach Gia – Ho Chi Minh City

Morning: Car and tour guide pick up guests at the meeting point in Ho Chi Minh City. The group leaves Saigon to start the tour to Chau Doc, Ha Tien combined with tourism to the land of pagodas CAMBODIA via Xa Xia border gate.

The car follows the highway route Ho Chi Minh City – Trung Luong, stops at Trung Luong junction, guests have breakfast, continue along National Highway 1, My Thuan cable-stayed bridge, through Vam Cong Bridge to Long Xuyen – An Giang province

Guests have lunch in Long Xuyen.

Afternoon: Arrive in Chau Doc, the group boards a boat to cruise on the river, visit the fish raft village at the Chau Doc river junction, stop by the Cham village, visit the mosque, learn about the life of the Cham people, living in harmony in the community of Vietnamese, Chinese, Khmer in An Giang.

Return to Chau Doc, guests have dinner.

Evening: The group goes on a pilgrimage to Ba Chua Xu Temple – the famous sacred Goddess of the West. Visit Hang Pagoda, a pagoda associated with the legend of two large snakes that could listen to Buddhist sutras. Visit Tay An Ancient Temple, Thoai Ngoc Hau Mausoleum – the person who dug the Vinh Te canal to expand An Giang land. Guests can rent a cyclo to go to Chau Doc market, Nui Sam night market or visit culinary villages, shopping centers, entertainment areas in Chau Doc City.

Overnight in Chau Doc.

Morning: 5:00 AM The group leaves Chau Doc early to Ha Tien. Guests have breakfast on the car, arrive at Xa Xia – Ha Tien border gate, do immigration procedures into Cambodia, the group begins to visit and explore the life and culture of the people of Cambodia.

Arrive in the center of Kampot town, a small city located on the bank of a gentle and beautiful river, with French colonial architecture mixed with Cambodia. Welcoming tourists at the town’s central square is the symbol of tropical fruits such as durian, mangosteen, rambutan… with a giant durian, as an introduction that durian is a specialty of Kampot

The car takes the group up to Bokor Plateau – Ta Lon Mountain, about 10km southwest of Kampot town, the highest peak above sea level is 1,083m, when it rains the mountain peak is full of fog, picturesque scenery, cool climate of the high mountain area. From the mountain, visitors can admire the panorama of Kep sea, Phu Quoc island and the Gulf of Thailand

Following the very beautiful mountain road, guests arrive at Bokor Plateau, a complex of houses, church, post office, hotel, casino built by the French during the colonial period, today these structures are covered with green moss, becoming ruins, desolate. In the 1990s, Bokor was named a ghost city, since then it has attracted many tourists to explore Bokor Plateau

Visitors will have the opportunity to visit the giant Lok Yeak Mao statue – Lady Mao statue built in 2010 with a height of 29m, sitting in a meditative pose and facing the sea. Lok Yeak Mao is considered a guardian deity of the people of the sea and mountain villages, fishermen and hunters.
After that, visitors will visit Black Palace – King Sihanouk’s palace.

The car continues to take guests to visit Wat Sampov Pram – Five Boats Pagoda. Hear about the legend of Prince Preah Thon and the mermaid princess Nagani, the origin of Khmer civilization.

After relaxing at Poporkvile waterfall, the group goes down the mountain, guests have lunch at a restaurant by the Kompong Pay river.

Then the car takes the group to Kep beach, 25km from Xa Xia – Ha Tien border gate. On the way passing Monkey Mountain, guests will see monkeys swinging on trees, sitting on cliffs, visit Kep market, where fresh seafood is sold, or prepared grilled, especially crab is a specialty of Kep, very fragrant and sweet. At the most beautiful beach, guests are free to stroll along the sea, enjoy the seafood bought at Kep market.

Continue taking souvenir photos with the mermaid and crab statue – the symbol of Kep province, the group returns to Kampot, goes to Kampot market for shopping.

Return to Ha Tien to Xa Xia border gate, the guide does procedures for guests to enter Vietnam, arrive in Ha Tien, receive room, rest.

Guests have dinner.

Evening: Guests are free, walk around the night street, or visit culinary villages, entertainment areas, shopping centers in Ha Tien.

Overnight in Ha Tien.

Morning: Guests have breakfast, check out, the group goes to Mui Nai beach, guests swim, enjoy coffee at Doi Nai Vang, or sit on the slide up to Ta Pang peak to admire the panorama of the quiet, gentle Ha Tien landscape, in the distance is Phu Quoc island and Cambodia.

The group continues up Binh San mountain, one of the 10 beautiful landscapes of Ha Tien, guests visit Mac Cuu mausoleum, hear about the Mac family genealogy, who had the merit of opening Ha Tien land in the mid-18th century – visit the cave, visit Phu Dung pagoda.

Return to Rach Gia – Kien Giang province, the group visits Nguyen Trung Truc temple – leader of the uprising movement against 1837-1868. Then free to explore Rach Gia – a very prosperous city from seafood business, expanding to the southwest, guests can stroll through the spacious, bustling reclaimed area, with many cafes, restaurants and other entertainment services.

Guests have lunch.

Afternoon: Car takes the group back to Saigon, stop at a rest station to buy western specialties. Continue the journey back to Ho Chi Minh City, the guide says goodbye to the group and hopes to see you again.
